Will I need a jacket?
- Most of the time the temperature is going to be the same as on the ground
just a little breezy. So if your chilly before you leave the car bring a sweater.
Can 3 people go, even if the 3rd person is a baby?
- No, according to FAA regulations baby counts as 1. We are only allowed 2
passengers at a time. Plus there is no ear protection that will fit a child under
3 years of age.
What's your cancellation policy?
- 24 hours in advance or full charge will be applied to your visa or master
card, unless you can reschedule.
If there's bad weather what are our options?
- Bad weather for us translates to Hurricanes, Thunderstorms, winds that are
for the north or south above 20 knots, or downpours. In these situations we
will try to reschedule if that is not an option for you then there is no charge.
Are there weight restrictions?
- 500lbs, for both passengers.
Can a person with handicaps get in the plane?
- In most cases yes. They have to be able to climb a step ladder, then the pilot
and others will help them in.
